A minimum of 48 hours notice is needed before the requested studio booking. If there is a unique situation where that is not able to be done, please email evermoreplace@gmail.com.

Any cancellation requests made more than 14 days in advance will receive a refund for 50% of the total scheduled session cost. If the cancel request is made within 14 days or less of the scheduled session, there is no refund. This policy also applies to members.

While the studio space is available to all creatives, Evermore Place is owned and operated by Marissa Campbell, owner of Marissa Elise Photography. If you are looking to have photos taken in the space or planning on hosting an event and need a photographer, Marissa would love to connect! Reach out to her here.

At this time, you are not able to add on additional time once your booked rental has started given that the space may be already be rented after you. Full payment is required before studio use which is not always able to be collected last minute. If you are able to, we recommend booking extra time at the time of booking to ensure you have adequate time for your project, set up, and clean up.

If you don't use your 6 hours allotted for the month, you are able to roll over 2 hours to the following month, not to exceed and accumulation of 8 hours during any given month. At the end of your term, any rollover hours are to either be used or expire with end of membership term.

At this time, there is no additional cleaning fee included in the session cost so we kindly ask that you leave the studio as you would expect to find it. Please remove all trash and do not leave anything behind. If you need cleaning supplies, you can find them in the closet where the sink and clothing rack is.

Any rescheduling request made more than 14 days in advance will be approved at no additional cost. If a request is made to reschedule within 14 days or less of the rental date, there is a $50 rescheduling fee applied to the person responsible for the booking. This policy also applies to members.

We totally understand needing to set up and prepare for an event. Therefore, we encourage renting the studio for an amount of time that allows you adequate time to set-up and clean-up. While each event is unique, be sure to send us your details here so we can find what rental option may suit your event best! 

Sparklers, smoke machines, and any open flames are not allowed in the studio. Glitter, confetti, and champagne pops are also prohibited. Also, please do not put any holes in the walls (tacks, nails, etc.) or use any kind of tape that may leave residue on the walls. 

Children are welcome in the studio but must always be fully supervised. Service animals are allowed in the studio. If you would like to have an animal present for your project in the studio, please contact Marissa to discuss.
