The studio is conveniently located in Gray Center at 19 Maine Street, Suite 1 in Gray, Maine across from the Cumberland Farms gas station. It is a white building with black shutters. There’s a front porch and the door for Evermore Place is facing the Subway parking lot. There’s also an Aroma’s Joes, Dunkin’, Thai restaurant, Chinese, and McDonald's all within 1 minute from the studio!

Absolutely! The network name and password is provided to you in the PDF guide sent after booking and payment is received. It is also posted in the studio.

Yes! There’s a private bathroom conveniently located within the studio and an extra sink outside the bathroom.

You are certainly welcome to shift furniture around in the studio to bring your creative vision to life and make it work for YOU. While the space is strategically designed to offer different “scenes,” you are welcome to move things if done so carefully. We just ask that you lift (do not slide) the furniture to not damage the floors. Also, anything you move must be put back in its original location before you leave the studio so be sure to leave enough time to do so. 

You'll receive an individual keypad door code via email before your booking that will allow access to the studio at your scheduled start and end in accordance with your booked time. Failure to lock the studio or exceeding the rental time will result in an additional fee outlined in the contract.

It’s EASY! There’s plenty of parking alongside the fence by the building or in the parking lot with Subway and the Laundry Mat. The parking is super close to the front door making carrying things inside easy & convenient!

Unfortunately, there is no elevator. The studio is located on the first floor of the building but there are a few steps up to the porch where the door is located. If you have any other questions about accessibility, please reach out!

Sparklers, smoke machines, and any open flames are not allowed in the studio. Glitter, confetti, and champagne pops are also prohibited. Also, please do not put any holes in the walls (tacks, nails, etc.) or use any kind of tape that may leave residue on the walls. 

Children are welcome in the studio but must always be fully supervised. Service animals are allowed in the studio. If you would like to have an animal present for your project in the studio, please contact Marissa to discuss.
